Fit 4 Duty

FIT 4 Duty is designed for those individuals seeking a career in law enforcement and fire service who need to prepare for the entry-level physical fitness test. Skills required for the physical fitness test include sit-ups, push-ups, running specific distances in set times, climbing a fence/wall, and lifting weights that simulate the real-life weight of a person or object. This is an introductory class that will focus on the necessary training required to successfully pass these tests.

SpartanFIT  is a unique group exercise program that incorporates: running, carrying, climbing, jumping, and crawling

Learn the skills and techniques to successfully perform: scaling walls, monkey bars and ring swings, slinging ropes, climbing nets, flipping tires, and spear throwing.

Speed & Agility Training

S.A.Q. stands for SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS training. We help athletes, ages 12 and older, improve in 10 physical fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

In addition, your athletes will boost their self-esteem and confidence with our training approach. They will build strength, both physically and mentally, to tackle any obstacle thrown their way on and off the field.

Kids Fitness Program

Kids Fitness Program was developed to help kids to grow up healthy, strong and develop a lifelong love of fitness which will give them the right foundation to avoid common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity. Kids Fitness Program is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, and motor).
