
CrossFit is all about teaching the body to move efficiently and safely, then using this good movement under load and at velocity to create fitness. Each day the workout will train or test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything. CrossFit can be for everyone as movements can be scaled.

Owner and Head Coach, Karen Eustaquio, a former professional soccer player for Team USA, brings that experience and knowledge to CCF daily. All you have to do is come in, enjoy our welcoming team-like atmosphere, listen to our expert coaches, make some new friends, have a few laughs, give it your all. From CrossFit beginners to world champions, everyone is welcome at Chino CrossFit. Athletes can scale CCF’s core programming down or up with coach guidance.
